liked it

starts boring, lots of useless advice, considering it was written as a guide to the Black Continent in the 1900's, but it gets better towards the middle, so bear with Mr. Stanley...it's an adventure

Steven It is more valuable as a record of the times. It was especially of interest to me because I had the opportunity to visit Africa several years ago. So I was looking at it from that perspective.
