Amend the law with respect to the regulation A.D. 1928. of advertisements.

BE by mad with the advice and consent of the Lords

E it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty,

Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the 5 same, as follows:

1. The powers of a local authority under section two Extension of of the Advertisements Regulation Act, 1907 (in this power of Act referred to as "the principal Act"), as amended making byelaws. by the Advertisements Regulation Act, 1925, shall 10 include power to make byelaws for regulating, restricting, or preventing within their district or any part thereof the exhibition of advertisements so as to disfigure or injuriously affect the appearance or amenities of such district or part thereof.

2. The enactments mentioned in the schedule to Repeal. this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the third column of that schedule.
