That H. B. No. 147, by Mr. Wilson-"A bill for an act to create a commission to investigate the subject of arbitration and provide compensation for the same," do pass.

That H. B. No. 148, by Mr. Hicks-"A bill for an act fixing the time for advertising for sale real property upon which taxes are delinquent for the preceding year or years," do pass.

That H. B. No. 142, by Mr. Fourt-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 717 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, relating to the Wyoming National Guard," do pass.

That H. B. No. 137, by Mr. Reid (by request)-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Sections 2105, 2106, 2107, 2110 and 2114 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, relating to game," be amended as follows:

Strike out the word "January" in line 9, Section 3, and insert "December 15th" in lieu thereof, and as so amended that the bill be reported back without recommendation.

That H. B. No. 46, by Mr. Cooper-"A bill for an act providing for the rewriting, compilation, publication and distribution of a certain pamphlet heretofore edited by the secretary of state, and commonly known as 'The State of Wyoming,' having a special reference to the resources of the state and making an appropriation therefor," do pass.

On motion of Mr. McGill the Senate resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole for the consideration of bills on the general file, Mr. Verbryck being called to the chair.
