Three to 1 agst Raphael, 7 to 2 agst Frolick, 6 to 1 agst Delville, 7 to 1 agst Castanet, 7 to 1 agst Lord Foley's Glory colt, S to 1 against Whisker, 12 to 1 agst Equator, and 100 to 5 agst Busto.-2 to 1 Raphael agst Whisker, and the same Frolick agst Whisker.-The start was good and fair, Busto made severe play, and was in front from Tottenham's Corner till within two hundred yards of the Ending-Post, when Raphael took the lead, but in the last two or three strides, Whisker came up and won by about half a head.-Busto was not heat by more than a neck, though not placed.-It is supposed to have been the best race ever remembered to have been run by the first three for the Derby; the others were beat a long way.―Jackson who rode Raphael to orders, in a most masterly style, was thrown off, after passing the Ending-Post, by the crowd, but fortunately was not materially burt.-After the race, Busto was sold to Mr. Blake for a very large sum.-T. Goodisson and W. Peirse rode to the best advantage, and gave great satisfaction to all experienced judges on the Turf.

Lord Foley's filly fell opposite the Distance-Post, and dislocated her shoulder:-It was afterwards found necessary to kill ber on the Course.-W. Clift, the rider, received a severe fall, but we are happy to state that he is in a fair way of recovery.
