The Right Worshipful Grand Secretary reported that General Returns for 1905 had been received from all of the Lodges.

A petition was received for a Warrant for a new Lodge to be held at New Kensington, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, which was, on motion, referred to the Grand Officers with power to act.

A petition was received for a Warrant for a new Lodge to be held at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which was, on motion, referred to the Grand Officers with power to act.

An appeal was received from Brothers F. P. B., W. H. C. and M. S. McD. of Lodge No. -, appealing from the final action of said Lodge, in the matter of charges preferred against Brother J. S. McC. of Lodge No.-, which was referred to the Committee on Appeals.

An appeal was received from G. B. McC. R. formerly a member of Lodge No. -, appealing from the action of said Lodge, in suspending him for unmasonic conduct, which was referred to the Committee on Appeals.

On motion of Brother WILLIAM B. HACKENBURG the following was adopted:

Resolved, That the Right Worshipful Grand Master be requested to make arrangements for having a life size portrait of our late Right Worshipful Past Grand Master Brother ROBERT A. LAMBERTON, painted and hung in an appropriate place in the Temple and that the sum of Five hundred ($500) dollars be appropriated for this purpose.
