LMIGHTY and eternal God, who doft not exclude from thy mercy even the perfidious Jews; hear the prayers which we offer up for the blindness of that people; that the light of thy truth, Chrift our Lord, being known to them, they may be delivered from their darkness: Through the fame Jefus Chrift.

LMIGHTY and eternal God, who deA fireft not the death of finners, but always that they fhould live; mercifully accept our prayers and for the praife and glory of thy name, deliver the Pagan people from the worship of their idols, and unite them to thy holy church: Through our Lord Jefus Chrift.

by the power of thy protection, vanquifheft the oppreffors of them that truft in thee; help thy fervants, who earnestly crave thy mercy, that the cruelty of all their enemies being defeated, we may praise thee with perpetual thankfgiving: Through our Lord.

Rrant us, we beseech thee, O Lord, the effect of our prayers, and mercifully turn away from us all peftilence and famine: that the hearts of men may know that scourges proceed from thy indignation, and cease by thy mercy: Through our Lord.

God, in whom we have our life, motion, and being, grant us feasonable rain; that being fufficiently relieved by thy temporal bleffings, we may more confidently defire thofe which are everlasting: Through our Lord.

EAR us, O Lord, crying to thee, and grant us thy fuppliants the bleffings of fair weather; that we, who justly are afflicted for our fins, may, by thy grace, find relief: Through our Lord.

God, who rejecteft none, but art pacified by penance, even towards the greatest finners; propitiously regard the prayers of thy fervants, that by thy mercy we may be pardoned our offences, and be enabled to fulfil thy commandments: Through our Lord.

God, who juftifieft the wicked that repent, and defireft not the death of a finner; we humbly befeech thy Majefty, with thy heavenly grace to protect thy fervants, trufting in thy mercy, and to preferve them by thy continual protection, that they may ftill ferve thee, and by no temptations be leparated from thee: Through our Lord.
