PREFACE. Statistics of railroads have been omitted for the reason that the publication of this data entails considerable expense, and for the further reason that the Interstate Commerce Commission's Annual Report of "Statistics of Railways in the United States" contains complete information, facts and figures on all railroads, which it is thought unnecessary to here duplicate. All petitions, investigations, complaints or other proceedings before the Board, not fully disposed of on the 31st day of December, 1910, have not been mentioned in this report, but are carried over and will be included in the Report for 1911. This book will be mailed to any one free upon application to the Commission. |
