The actuary, not to exceed three thou sand dollars; the assistant actuary, not to exceed fifteen hun dred dollars; and a second assistant actuary not to exc'eed thir teen hundred and fifty dollars.

Personal property of insurance companies exempt. Section 1038. The property in this section described is ex empt from taxation, to-wit: 13. All the personal property of all insurance companies that now are or shall be organized or doing business in this state.
