Emergency clause.

after be established and chartered by said department, all organizations known as subordinate lodges of the order of Bohemian Benevolent Society, C. S. P. S., 'as have been or may hereafter be established, be and they are hereby incorporated, and shall be hereafter entitled to all the privileges incident to bodies corporate, so long as they retain their respective organizations and charters aforesaid.

SEC. 2. All such subordinate lodges of Masons, Odd Fellows and Good Templars and posts of the Grand Army of the Republic, and Bohemian Benevolent Association, C. S. P. S., shall be known by the name and title designated in their several respective charters as issued by the said grand lodges and department, by which name they shall be capable of sueing and being sued, pleading and being impleaded in the several courts of this state, the same as natural persons, and shall have power to hold and convey real estate and personal property and do any and all other things usually done by corporations.

SEC. 3. Nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to affect the incorporation of any lodges or other organization heretofore incorporated by act of the legislature.

SEC. 4. That sections one (1) and two (2) of an act, entitled "An act incorporating subordinate lodges of Masons, Odd Fellows and Good Templars," approved February 9th, 1869, be, and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 5. An emergency exisiting this act

shall take effect and be in force from and after

its passage.

CHAPTER 31.

AN ACT to define the boundaries of Blaine county.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Nebraska:

Blaine county.

SECTION 1. That all that portion of the state Boundaries of of Nebraska, commencing at the south-east corner of township twenty-one (21), range twenty-one (21), running thence north to the north-east corner of township twenty-four (24), range twenty-one (21), township twenty-four (24); thence west to the north-west corner of township twenty-four (24), range twenty-five (25); thence south to the south-west corner of township twenty-one (21), range twenty-five (25); thence east to the south-east corner of township twenty-one (21), range twenty-one (21), to the place of beginning. That the territory within said boundary may be set apart and hereafter be known as Blaine county subject to organization as such at the will of her people at some future time.

AN ACT to define the boundaries of Sheridan county and
to repeal section sixty-five (65) of chapter seventeen (17)
of the Compiled Statutes of Nebraska, entitled "Counties.
county boundaries and county seats."

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Nebraska.

SECTION 1. That all that portion of Sioux Sheridan coun- county,of the State of Nebraska, commencing at the southeast corner of township twenty-four (24) north, of range forty-one (41) west of the sixth principal meridian; thence west to the southwest corner of township twenty-four (24) north, of range forty-six (46); thence north on the range line between ranges forty-six (46) and forty-seven (47) to the northern boundary line of the State of Nebraska; thence east along said boundary line to the range line between ranges forty (40) and forty-one (41); thence south on said range line to the point of beginning, be and the same shall constitute the county of Sheridan.

SEC. 2. That section sixty-five (65) of chapseventeen (17) of the Compiled Statutes of Nebraska, entitled: "Counties, county boundaries, and county seats," be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same may be in conflict with the provisions of this act.

SEC. 3. Whereas an emergency exists therefor this act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 33.

AN ACT to define the boundaries of Logan county.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Nebraska.

Logan county.

SECTION 1. That all that portion of the state Boundaries of of Nebraska commencing at the southeast corner of township seventeen (17), north range twenty-six (26), west of the sixth principal meridian, running thence west along the north line of Lincoln county to the southwest corner of township seventeen (17) north, range twentynine (29) west; thence north to the northwest corner of township twenty (20), north, range twenty-nine (29), west; thence east to the northeast corner of township twenty (20) north, range twenty-six (26), west; thence south along the west line of Custer county to the point of beginning; be and the same shall constitute the county of Logan.
