The Mails from Portsmouth, Plymouth, Cornwall, Bath, Bristol and Gloucester (1st. mail); Ireland, via Dublin, Scotland, all the North of England; North Wales, Salop, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire; arrive about ten, and are ready for delivery about eleven. The Mails from Ireland, via Waterford, South Wales, Monmouth, Hereford and Gloucester, (2d. mail) arrive at half past five, P. M.; delivery at six. The Mail for Northleach, Burford, Witney, Oxford, Wallingford, Henley, Maidenhead, and London, depart at a quarter past five P. M. The Mails for Worcester, Warwick, Salop, North Wales, all the North of England, Scotland, Ireland, via Dublin; Gloucester, (2d. mail) Bristol, Bath, Cornwall, Plymouth, and Portsmouth, depart at half-past five, P. M. Letters for those places must be in by half-past four, or they cannot be forwarded by that day's post, without the payment of a penny each letter, packet, or newspaper, or delivered to the bell man. The Mail for Ireland, via Carmarthen, Hereford, Monmouth, South Wales, and Gloucester, (1st. mail) make up and depart at a quarter past nine, A. M.; Box shuts at nine. Mr. E.
