This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the sheriff of Mitchell County, the clerk of District Court, the county auditor and two members of the Board of Supervisors of Mitchell County. Suspension was issued on the 13th day of December, 1926. SAM ANDREANO, Polk County. Convicted at the May term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, for the offense of contempt of court. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of S. S. Faville, former assistant attorney general, the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 15th day of December, 1926.

Ed. CORNISH, Guthrie County. Convicted at the October term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of four months, for the offense of nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the county attorney who prosecuted the case, the clerk of the district court of Guthrie County, and the members of the Board of Supervisors of Guthrie County. Suspension was issued on the 23rd day of December, 1926.

ANDY SORENSON, Polk County. Convicted at the November term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of six months, for the offense of contempt of court. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 24th day of December, 1926.

RESTORATIONS

The following named persons, whose sentences had previously been suspended by executive or judicial order, were granted final discharge and restoration to citizenship. In each case, satisfactory showing was made that the applicant should be released from further liability under the sentence.
