ABE SIEGEL, Polk County. Convicted at the November term, 1924, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of thirty days, for the offense of gambling by selling pools. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and the sheriff of Polk County. Suspension was issued on the 30th day of December, 1925.

FRANK PREGAN, Marion County (Temporary Suspension). Convicted at the October term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of four months, for the offense of bootlegging. Temporary suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the Board of Insane Commissioners of Marion County and was granted for the purpose of affording the defendant an opportunity for treatment in the State Hospital for Epileptics at Woodward, Iowa, with the understanding that the within named period of time was not to be deducted from the term of his sentence. Suspension was issued on the 2nd day of January, 1926.

MIKE VAUGHN, Linn County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of six months, for the offense of lewd, immoral and lascivious acts with a child. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and a physician's statement as to the serious physical condition of the defendant. Suspension was issued on the 13th day of January, 1926.

MRS. O. G. SIMMONS, Linn County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of maintaining a liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of January, 1926.

HERMAN DOROTHY, Keokuk County. Convicted at the October term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of maintaining a nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney, the sheriff of Keokuk County, and a statement of the county physician as to the serious physical condition of the defendant. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of January, 1926.

O. G. SIMMONS, Linn County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of maintaining a liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of January, 1926.

HARRY CHANNON, Polk County. Convicted at the November term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney, conditioned upon the full liquidation of the costs within six

behavior of the defendant. Suspension was issued on the 19th day of January, 1926.

CLIFFORD ADDYMAN, Dubuque County. Convicted at the January term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $500, for the offense of liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney, the sheriff of Dubuque County and the justice of the peace. Suspension was issued on the 10th day of February, 1926.

GEORGE SHULTZ, Page County. Convicted at the October term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $1,000, for the offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and a physician's statement as to the serious physical condition of the defendant. Suspension was issued on the 11th day of February, 1926.

R. H. JONES, Madison County. Convicted at the October term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney, the county treasurer, the county auditor, the clerk of the district court, and the board of supervisors of Madison County. Suspension was issued on the 17th day of February, 1926.

WILLIS MCBRIDE, Franklin County. Convicted at the vacation term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of six months, for the offense of illegal transportation of liquor. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 22nd day of February, 1926.

LOUIS MILLER, Fayette County. Convicted at the vacation term, 1924, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of nine months, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney, the county auditor, the county treasurer, the clerk of the district court of Fayette County, and the members of the board of supervisors of Fayette County. Suspension was issued on the 1st day of March, 1926.

VICTOR HANSON, Humboldt County. Convicted at the vacation term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $1,000, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 11th day of March,

1926.

HAROLD OGLEVIE, Story County. Convicted at the May term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of two hundred and eighty-seven days, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 19th day of March, 1926.

J. J. BURKE, Fremont County. Convicted at the February term,

1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, for the offense of illegal possession of liquor. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and the sheriff of Fremont County. Suspension was issued on the 26th day of March, 1926.

EVERETT WAGNER, Polk County. Convicted at the July term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of breaking and entering. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 6th day of April, 1926.

CLIFFORD FROST, Polk County. Convicted at the January term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of April, 1926.

ROY FORTUNE, Wright County. Convicted at the April term, 1922, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of ten months, for the offense of breaking and entering. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the Board of Parole, the trial judge · and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 30th day of April, 1926.

CHARLES NELSON, Black Hawk County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of grand larceny. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and the sheriff of Black Hawk County. Suspension was issued on the 6th day of May, 1926.

A. M. SHORT, Black Hawk County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of grand larceny. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and the sheriff of Black Hawk County. Suspension was issued on the 6th day of May, 1926.

Convicted at the vacation term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, for the offense of operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 8th day of May, 1926.

Convicted at the vacation term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months, for the offense of operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 8th day of May, 1926.

CHESTER JOHNSON, Kossuth County. Convicted at the vacation

of six months, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and a number of citizens of Kossuth County. Suspension was issued on the 25th day of May, 1926.

HENRY SNYDER, Guthrie County. Convicted at the February term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of illegal possession of intoxicating liquors. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 27th day of May, 1926.

PAUL WATSON, Poweshiek County. Convicted at the November term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 15th day of June, 1926.

ERNEST BASCOMB, Mitchell County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months. Temporary suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the sheriff of Mitchell County, the clerk of the district court and the board of supervisors of Mitchell County, with the understanding that the two months' temporary suspension was not to be deducted from the term of his sentence. Temporary suspension was issued on the 1st day of July, 1926.

CHARLES B. HUMMEL, Linn County. Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of forgery. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and a large number of representative citizens. Suspension was issued on the 6th day of July, 1926.

A. M. MILLER, Polk County. Convicted at the March term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months and $300.00 fine, or 113 days more in default of payment of the fine, for the offense of liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 22nd day of July, 1926.

Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of illegal transportation of intoxicating liquor. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney who prosecuted the case and the present county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 9th day of August, 1926.

Convicted at the September term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year, for the offense of illegal transportation of intoxicating liquor. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney who prosecuted the case, and the present county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 9th day of August, 1926.

FRED PIKE, Guthrie County. Convicted at the February term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $400, for the offense of nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 14th day of August, 1926.

ROBERT JONES, Marion County. Convicted at the May term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $300, for the offense of bootlegging. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 21st day of September, 1926.

ALFRED EMERSON, Story County. Convicted at the January term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of one year for the offense of larceny of poultry. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney who prosecuted the case and the present county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 21st day of September, 1926.

E. A. SCHMIDT, Polk County. Convicted at the January term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of ninety days, and in addition thereto three months in the county jail, for the offense of liquor nuisance. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney. Suspension was issued on the 1st day of November, 1926.

GEORGE CRUIKSHANK, Davis County. Convicted. at the February term, 1925, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $500, for the offense of unlawfully transporting intoxicating liquor. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge, the county attorney and a large number of citizens of Davis County. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of November, 1926.

L. N. CUMMING, Polk County. Convicted at the March term, 1923, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of six months, for the offense of desertion. This suspension was granted upon the recommendation of the trial judge and the county attorney who prosecuted the case. Suspension was issued on the 16th day of November, 1926.

Convicted at the August term, 1926, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail in default of the payment of a fine of $400, for the offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
