NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

The following notice of the introduction of a bill was given:

Sixth Legislature of the State of Wyoming.
Senate Chamber.

Cheyenne, Jan. 12, 1901.

Mr. President:

I give notice that tomorrow, or on some subsequent day I will introduce a bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1195 of the Revised Statutes, relating to school districts. L. G. DAVIS.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

The following bill was introduced, read first time and referred to Committee No. 7, on Stock Raising and Stock Laws, and ordered printed:

S. F. No. 4, by Mr. Nichols-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 157 of the Revised Statutes of 1899, relating to the Compensation of Veterinarian, et al., coatingent fund, bond."

COMMUNICATIONS.

The following telegram was received and read:

Salt Lake City, Utah, Jan. 12, 1901. President Senate, Cheyenne, Wyo.

We have heard through associated press of intention of your body to visit this city next week. On behalf of citizens' committee of Salt Lake and Utah directing movement for entertainment of delegates and guests National Live Stock Association, I cordially supplement invitation of others from here and urge that you come and partake of entertainment provided by this committee for all next week. J. C. LEARY,

Chairman' Citizens' Committee.

On motion of Mr. Nichols, the invitation of the Salt Lake entertainment committee was accepted with the thanks of the Senate and the Chief Clerk was instructed to notify Mr. Leary of the hour at which the special train carrying the members of the Wyoming Sixth State Legislature would arrive in Salt Lake.

Mr. President announced that Mr. McGill would be excused for this day, and there being no objections it was so ordered.

SIGNING OF ENROLLED ACT NO. 1.

The House Committee on Enrollment was announced with Enrolled Act No. 1, of the House of Representatives. Whereupon Mr. President announced that he was about to sign House Enrolled Act No. 1, and Mr. President did, in the presence of the Senate, affix his official signature to House Enrolled Act No. 1.

COMMUNICATIONS.

NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By unanimous consent the President reverted to notice of introduction of bills in the order of business and the following notices were given:
