Sir: I have the honor to inform your honorable body that the House this day appointed a committee of three to act with a like committee from the honorable Senate to consider the amendments to S. F. No. 19, consisting of Messrs. Badgette, Cooper and Platt.

Also on S. F. No. 32, as a conference committee, Messrs. Rossman, Gray and Ellas.

We, your Conference Committee, on the differences existing between the Senate and House on amendments made to Senate File No. 19 by the House, beg leave to report, as follows:

We recommend that the Senate concur in the House amendments.

Mr. Rusk moved that the report of the Conference Committee on S. F. No. 19 be accepted and that the Senate concur in the amendments proposed by said committee.

A vote being had on the motion to concur in the amendments to said S. F. No. 19, the same resulted as follows:

And thereupon Mr. President announced that said amendments to S. F. No. 19 had been adopted.

The following House Bills were received from the House, read first time, and by unanimous consent referred to the Committee of the Whole:

H. B. No. 118by Mr. Creswell-"A bill for an act to regulate the practice of pharmacy in the state of Wyoming; to appropriate the sum of two hundred dollars to defray the expenses of the state board of pharmacy; and to repeal Sections 2216-2225 inclusive, of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, 1899."

H. B. No. 145, by R. Harvey Reed-“A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1170 of the Revised Statutes of 1899, regarding the office of county coroner."

H. B. No. 153, introduced by Mr. Fishback-"A bill for an act to prevent obstructions to the flow of water in irrigating ditches, declaring certain obstructions to be misdemeanors and fixing the penalty therefor."

H. B. No. 154, introduced by Mr. Fishback-“A bill for an act to regulate the driving or floating of logs, timber or lumber upon the streams of the state of Wyoming, so as to prevent obstructions to irrigating ditches."

On motion of Mr. McGill the Senate resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole for the consideration of bills on the general file, Mr. Hawk being called to the chair.

Pending the report of the Committee of the Whole the chairman of the House Enrollment Committee was announced with E. A. No. 55, House, for the signature of the president of the Senate.

And thereupon Mr. President did, in the presence of the Senate, affix his official signature to said E. A. No. 55—“An act providing for the establishment of municipal courts for incorporated cities or towns within the state of Wyoming." On rising the Committee of the Whole presented the following report:

Your Committee of the Whole having had under consideration bills on the general file, beg to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendations herein contained:

That H. B. No. 154, introduced by Mr. Fishback-"A bill for an act to regulate the driving or floating of logs, timber or lumber upon the streams of the state of Wyoming, so as to prevent obstructions to irrigating ditches," do pass.

That H. B. No. 153, introduced by Mr. Fishback--"A bill

for an act to prevent obstructions to the flow of water in irrigating ditches, declaring certain obstructions to be misdemeanors and fixing the penalty therefor," do pass.

That H. B. No. 118, by Mr. Creswell—“A bill for an act to regulate the practice of pharmacy in the state of Wyoming; to appropriate the sum of two hundred dollars to defray the expenses of the state board of pharmacy; and to repeal Sections 2216-2225 inclusive, of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, 1899," be reported back without recommendation.

That H. B. No. 145, by R. Harvey Reed-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1170 of the Revised Statutes of 1899, regarding the office of county coroner," be amended as follows:

Strike out the word "physician" in line 2 of Section 7, and insert the words "railroad brakeman" in lieu thereof, and as so amended, recommend that the bill be indefinitely postponed.

Mr. McGill moved that the rules be suspended for the purpose of placing House Bills Nos. 106, 101, 107, 103, 154 and 153 on their second and third reading and final passage.

A roll call being had on the motion to suspend the rules, the same resulted as follosw:

And thereupon Mr. President declared that the rules had been suspended for the purpose above stated and the following entitled House Bills were read second and third time, placed on their final passage and passed by the vote indicated:

H. B. No. 106, by Mr. Rossman-"A bill for an act relating to the appointment of police justices of cities of a population of not less than 10,000 inhabitants."

Ayes-Black, Brittain, Davis, Griffin, Guernsey, Hawk, Iredale, Madden, McBride, McGill, Nichols, Osmond, Rusk, Sullivan, Thomas, Verbryck, Williams, Mr. President-18.

And thereupon Mr. President declared that said H. B. No. 106, having received an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members elected to the Senate of the Sixth State Legislature, had duly passed the Senate.

H. B. No. 101, by Mr. Shaw-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 865, Revised Statutes, 1899, relating to the duties and powers of the state board of control."

Roll call:

Ayes-Black, Brittain, Davis, Griffin, Guernsey, Hawk, Iredale, Madden, McBride, McGill, Nichols, Osmond, Rusk, Sullivan, Thomas, Verbryck, Williams, Mr. President-18.

And thereupon Mr. President declared that said H. B. No. 101, having received an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members elected to the Senate of the Sixth State Legislature, had duly passed the Senate.

H. B. No. 107, by Mr. Roberts-"A bill for an act fixing the amount of the bond of the state examiner and providing for the payment of its premium when furnished by a surety company."

H. B. No. 103, by Mr. Shaw-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 971, Revised Statutes, 1899, with reference to unlawful interference with water rights."
