SUSPENSION OF THE RULES.

Moved by Mr. Black that the rules be suspended for the purpose of reading House Bills Nos. 114, 104, 134, 102, 113, 58, 135, second and third time by title only and placing said bills on their final passage.

A roll call being had on the motion to suspend the rules, the same resulted as follows:
