No. 32, by Mr. Nichols-"A bill for an act directing the Governor of the state to procure suitable medals for the Wyoming troops who served in the Philippines during the Spanish-American war, and to make an appropriation therefor," and that the Senate ask the House to appoint a Conference Committee to act with a like committee from the Senate to consider the same.

CONSIDERATION OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORTS.

Moved by Mr. Verbryck that the Senate do now concur in the amendments proposed by the honorable House to S. F. No. 33, by Mr. Verbryck, as modified by the Conference Committee. A roll call being had upon the motion, the same resulted as follows:
