CONSIDERATION OF SPECIAL ORDER.

On motion of Mr. Davis the Senate resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of considering the special order for 2 o'clock this day, to-wit:

H. B. No. 45, by Mr. Fourt-"A bill for an act in relation to sentences to the State Penitentiary and to authorize and regulate the paroling of convicts," and for the consideration of other bills on the general file.

On motion of Mr. Davis the report of the Committee of the Whole was received and the request therein made, granted. SIGNING OF SENATE ENROLLED ACT.

Mr. President gave notice that he was about to sign: S. E. A. No. 2-"An act to amend and re-enact Section 1781 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming of 1899, relating to the levying of taxes and form of tax list."

E. A. No. 3, Senate-"An act to amend and re-enact Sec

tion 1933 of the Revised Statues of Wyoming, relating to petition for private road and proceeding thereon."

And thereupon Mr. President did in the presence of the Senate affix his official signature to said Senate Enrolled Acts Nos. 2 and 3.

No. 36, by Mr. Badgette "A bill for an act relating to municipal corporations and providing for the building, construction or purchase by municipal corporations and the operation and maintenance of plants for the furnishing of light, heat or power, and providing further for the issuing of bonds to meet the cost thereof."

H. B. No. 4, by Mr. Butler-"A bill for an act providing for process against foreign insurance companies, societies, or associations; and providing for the appointment of the State Auditor and Ex-officio Insurance Commissioner and his successor in office as an attorney for service."

H. B. No. 55, by Mr. Fourt-"A bill for an act authorizing telephone and telegraph companies to construct their lines on public roads of the state and upon the streets of cities and towns and amending and re-enacting Section 3084 of the Revised Statues of Wyoming, 1899."

H. B. No. 74, by Mr. Wyman-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1959 of the Revised Statues of Wyoming, relative to roads and bridges."

H. B. No. 75, by Mr. Reid-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 300 of the Revised Statutes of 1899." H. B. No. 87, by Mr. Roberts-"A bill for an act relating to seats for female employes."

Substitute for S. F. No. 23, by Committee No. 1, on Judiciary-"A bill for an act specifying property subject to levy on execution and providing for an indemnifying bond for the officer serving the same and to amend and re-enact Section 3828 of the Revised Stautes of Wyoming, 1899," was read second time and ordered engrossed for third reading.
