The following bills were read third time and passed:

No. 6, by Mr. Butler-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 3419 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming of 1899, prescribing the feees of the Clerk of the District Court in civil cases," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote: Roll call:

And thereupon Mr. Vice President declared that said H. B. No. 6, having received an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members elected to the Senate of the Sixth State Legislature, had duly passed the Senate.

S. F. No. 26, by Mr. Thomas-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 5266 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming of 1899," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

No. 20, by Mr. Nichols-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1902 of the Revised Statutes of 1899, being an act providing for the subsequent sale of property bought in by the county at tax sale," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

S. F. No. 14, by Mr. Davis-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Sections 3748 and 5416 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming of 1899, relating to time within which motion for new trial must be made in both civil and criminal cases," hav

ing been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

S. F. No. 28, by Mr. Griffin-"A bill for an act in relation to the appointment of Special Deputy Coal Mine Inspectors in certain cases and providing for the payment of their per diem and expenses," was read a third time and placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

S. F. No. 17, by Mr. Nichols-"A bill for an act providing for garnishment and execution from any of the courts of this state and proceedings thereon," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

S. F. No. 29, by Mr. Nichols "A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 597 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, 1899," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

S. F. No. 15, by Mr. Thomas-"A bill for an act defining a breach of the peace, and providing a penalty therefor," having been read three several times was placed on its final passage and passed by the following vote:

No. 31, by Mr. Williams-"A bill for an act to reimburse the Stockgrowers' National Bank of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and the First National Bank of Cheyenne, Wyoming, for moneys advanced to meet the expense of transportation of Wyoming troops from San Francisco to their respective homes in this state," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote:

INTRODUCTION OF A BILL.

Mr. Black asked unanimous consent to introduce at this time a bill of which no previous notice had been given.

No objection being offered such consent was given and the following Senate File was introduced:

S. F. No. 39, by Mr. Black-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1139 of the Revised Statues of Wyoming, relative to deputies in counties of the first and second class."

Read first time and referred to Committee No. 8 on County Affairs and County Bonudaries, and ordered printed.

SIGNING OF ENROLLED ACTS.

Mr. Vice President announced that he was about to sign Enrolled Act No. 1, Senate "An act to amend and re-enact Section 3299 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, relating to terms of court in the Fourth Judicial District."

And Mr. Vice President did, in the presence of the Senate, affix his official signature to said E. A. No. 1, Senate.

AMENDMENTS OFFERED TO S. F. NO. 19.

On motion of Mr. Rusk, Mr. Vice President returned to the order of business-Bills on third reading and final passage.

Whereupon the following amendments were offered to S. F. No. 19:

Mr. Rusk offered the following amendments and moved the adoption thereof:

Amendment No. 1. Insert in line 5, Section 2, after the word "inspector," the words "of the county in which the shipment is to be made."

Amendment No. 2. Strike out of line 3, Section 7, after the word "state," the words, "except for grazing or pasturage." The motion prevailed and Mr. Vice President declared that the above amendments to said S. F. No. 19 had been adopted.

Mr. Brittain offered the following amendment to said S. F. No. 19 and moved its adoption:

Insert the words "or cattle," where it may appear in said bill, so as to read "horses or cattle."

The motion was lost, and the amendment was not adopted. BILLS ON THIRD READING AND FINAL PASSAGE.

S. F. No. 19, by Mr. Rusk-"A bill for an act providing for the inspection of horses about to be driven or shipped out of the state; creating the sheriffs of the several counties inspectors of horses and prescribing his duties as such; prohibiting the transportation by railroad companies of horses without inspection; and providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this act as amended herein," having been read three several times, was placed on its final passage and passed by the following vote:
