CONSIDERATION OF BILLS ON GENERAL FILE.

On motion of Mr. Davis the Senate resolved itself into a Committee of the Whole for the consideration of bills on the general file.

On arising the Committee of the Whole presented the following report:

Your Committee of the Whole having had under consideration bills on general file, beg leave to report as follows:

That S. F. No. 24, by Mr. Iredale-“A bill for an act fixing the salary of the Governor," be laid over until Monday.

That H. B. No. 24, by Mr. Hertzog-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Sections 3250 and 3251 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, 1899," do pass.

That H. B. No. 26, by Mr. Badgette-"A bill for an act relating to municipal corporations and providing for the building, construction or purchase by municipal corporations and the operation and maintenance of plants for, the furnishing of light, heat or power, and providing further for the issuing of bonds to meet the cost thereof," be referred to Committee No. 1 on Judiciary.

That S. F. No. 34, by Mr. McBride-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 3067 of the Revised Stautes of 1899, relating to the right of way over lines and the enlargement of ditches," be indefinitely postponed.

BILLS ON SECOND READING.

H. B. No. 6, by Mr. Butler-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 3419 of the Revised Stautes of Wyoming of 1899, prescribing the fees of the Clerk of the District Court in civil cases," was read second time and ordered to third reading.

S. F. No. 11, by Mr. Balch-"A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1056 of the Revised Stautes of 1899, defining the terms of County Commissioners and fixing the amount of their bond," was read second time and ordered engrossed.

H. B. No. 52, by Mr. Roberts—“A bill for an act to amend and re-enact Section 1139 of the Revised Stautes of Wyoming, relating to Deputies in counties of the first and second class," was read second time and Mr. McGill moved that further consideration of said H. B. No. 52 be indefinitely postponed. The motion prevailed and Mr. President declared it was so ordered.

S. F. No. 19, by Mr. Rusk-"A bill for an act providing for the inspection of horses about to be driven or shipped out of the state; creating the sheriffs of the several counties inspectors or horses and prescribing his duties as such; prohibiting the transportation by railroad companies of horses without inspection; providing penalties for the violation of the provision of this act," was read second time and ordered engrossed.

BILLS ON THIRD READING AND FINAL PASSAGE.

On motion of Mr. McGill unanimous consent was given by the Senate for the suspension of the rules for the purpose of reading the following Senate Files and House Bills, to wit: S. F. No. 1; S. F. No. 2; S. F. No. 3; S. F. No. 21; and Substitute for S. F. No. 8; H. B. No. 26; H. B. No. 41; H. B. No. 15; H. B. No. 10; H. B. No. 34; H. B. No. 7; H. B. No. 29; H. B. No. 57 and H. B. No. 33 by title only and placing the said Senate Files and said House Bills on their final passage.

Whereupon Mr. President declared that the Rules had been suspended for the purpose above stated.

S. F. No. 1, by Mr. Nichols-"A bill for an act to repeal Sections 2533 and 2534 of the Revised Stautes of the State of Wyoming, relating to the organization of mining districts, and the filing of copies of the laws and proceedings of mining districts," having been read three several times was placed upon its final passage and passed by the following vote: Roll call:
