R., and there being no objection such consent was given. Thereupon Mr. McGill introduced S. J. R. No. 2 and asked unanimous consent that the same be read second and third time and placed upon its final passage. There being no objection, S. J. R. No. 2 was placed upon its final passage and passed by unanimous vote of all the members present. On motion of Mr. Davis, the Senate resolved itself into a committee of the whole for the purpose of resuming consideration of bills on the general file, Mr. Williams again being called to the chair.
