Which motion prevailed.

The joint resolution was re-referred to the committee of the whole, and placed on the general order.

By unanimous consent, Mr. Brown moved to amend the bill by striking out the words "probate judge" wherever they occur in the bill and inserting "judge of probate;"

Which motion prevailed, and the bill was so amended.
