A bill to amend sections 8, 10, and 48 of chapter 18, being compiler's sections 835, 837, and 875 of the compiled laws of 1871, as amended by act No. 116 of the session laws of 1873, approved April 18, 1873, and said section 48, as amended by act No. 28 of the session laws of 1875, approved March 12, 1875; also section 107 of act No. 116 of the session laws of 1873, approved April 18, 1873, relative to the re-organization of the military forces of the State of Michigan,

Have made some progress therein, but not having gone through therewith, have directed their chairman to report that fact to the Senate, and ask leave to sit again.
