A dispute arose on weighing the riders, and it was decided by the Judge, Mr. Shelley, that Mr. Coppard was not weight, and consequently that another heat must be run to decide the Agitation won the third heat. It was subsequently discovered that the 71b. weight over and above the 12st. had been accidentally left in the scale when Mr. Coppard was weighed. We understand the matter will be referred to the Jockey Club.
