STATE OPERATIONS - FEDERAL REAPPROPRIATIONS

§ 4. The several accounts named herein, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the purpose designated, being the unexpended balances of the prior year's special revenue funds federal appropriations, are hereby reappropriated from the same funds and made available for the same purposes as the prior year's appropriations unless herein amended. Where applicable, appropriations made by chapter 50 of the laws of 1991 for expenditures from Federal Grants beginning on or after April 1, 1990 shall supplement existing appropriations for the same Federal Grant, authorized by chapter 50, section 1, of the laws of 1990 and reappropriated by chapter 50, section 4, of the laws of 1991, unless herein amended, shall continue to be available for expenditures during the fiscal year beginning April 1, 1992.
