in institutions of higher learning for the educationally and economically disadvantaged in accordance with chapter 917 of the laws of 1970, for educational opportunity programs on state university campuses, a summer program and educational opportunity programs in state university community colleges

For services and expenses related to the operation of educational opportunity centers including, but not limited to, necessary programs, services, and financial assistance, for educationally and economically disadvantaged adults, job opportunities

and

basic skills eligible adults, recipients of aid to families with dependent children (AFDC), and out-of-school youth who have attained the age of 16 years. Provided further that the state university of New York shall ensure that the educational opportunity centers provide funds for the purposes of establishing a BRIDGE program consistent with the federal requirements for the job opportunity and basic skills program (JOBS). For the purpose of this appropriation, the term "economically disadvantaged" shall be defined. as set forth in regulations promulgated by the state university

program for employees in the professional
service to provide disability benefits for
such employees at not to exceed 60 percent
of salary plus contributions for annuity
contracts at not to exceed the rates of
employer contributions pursuant to article
8-B of the education law plus adjustment
for cost of living increases reduced by
any amount for which the employee is eli-
gible pursuant to compensation or benefit
paid for, by or on behalf of the state or
state university and any normal contribu-
tion to a retirement program made by the
state or state university on his behalf
while eligible for benefits under such
program in accordance with regulations of
the state university trustees relating to
eligibility and other terms, conditions
and limitations of coverage and benefits
