For services and expenses related to licensing operations. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for deposit to the credit of this account any revenues obtained by the department of state from licensing application fees, licensing renewal fees, fines, licensing examination fees, the fees related to cease and desist order lists and any other revenues collected by the licensing program.

On June 30, 1992, September 30, 1992, December 31, 1992 and March 31, 1993 the comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer an amount equal to the unencumbered balance of this account from this account to the general fund.

STATE OPERATIONS

DIVISION OF STATE POLICE

For payment, including up to $25,000 for obligations incurred prior to April 1, 1992 and the purchase and lease of automobiles and aircraft as approved by the director of the budget, according to the following schedule:

From moneys received by the state pursuant to state and
federal asset forfeiture statutes, from fees collected
by the division of state police for accident reports and
photographs, from fees received from the department of
agricultural and markets for security services provided
at the state fair, from fees collected from a surcharge
on cellular phones for E911 services, and from other
moneys collected by the division of state police. All
such fees collected shall be deposited in the seized as
sets account.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the
contrary, fees collected by the department of motor
vehicles pursuant to section 202 of the vehicle and
traffic law for search
and copy of accident reports

shall be $15 per report.
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2307 of the
civil practice law and rules or any other law to the
contrary, the division of state police shall charge fees
for search and/or copy of accident or investigative
reports and photographs. A fee of $15 per accident
report or investigative report shall be charged and
additional fee of $15 for a certified copy of any acci-
dent or investigative report. A fee of $25 per photo-
graph or contact sheet shall be charged.
