and miscellaneous agencies storing materi-
als in the state records center, based
upon the volume of materials stored in
such center, direct services provided to
such agencies or revenues from sale of
discarded records. Such fee schedule shall
be adopted by the board of regents pur-
suant to rules and regulations adopted in
conformity with the administrative proce-
dures act.

$ 158,700 of the amount appropriated herein may be transferred to the miscellaneous special revenue fund indirect cost

recovery account. The comptroller is hereby authorized and

directed to loan money to this account in accordance with the provisions set forth

in section 1 of this act. The comptroller is also hereby authorized and directed to permit interest earnings

any account balances to accrue to the benefit of this account.
