services and expenses of providing specialized equipment and services for students with disabilities, including not less than $225,000 for the LaGuardia, $112,500 for the Lehman, $60,000 for the Staten Island, and $75,000 for the New York City Technical deaf and hearing impaired programs and $75,000 for a centralized resource center for deaf and hearing impaired students. The city university will develop an annual plan for services to students with disabilities in consultation with the city university deaf and hearing impaired consortium. Such plan shall include, at a minimum, program objectives, description of services provided, extent of other funds and resources utilized in support of such services and procedures for coordination of services across campuses and with other student support operations ....
