Of these, thirty-three persons were sentenced to imprisonment in the Penitentiary; seven persons were sentenced to pay a fine and costs and be imprisoned in the County Jail; three persons were sentenced to pay costs and be imprisoned in County Jail; eighteen persons were sentenced to imprisonment in County Jail, one hundred and two persons were sentenced to pay a fine and costs; thirty-six persons were sentenced to pay a fine and costs and stand committed ; sixty-one persons were sentenced to pay a fine; three perssns were acquitted, eight persons were discharged on payment of costs, five persons sentenced to pay costs, two vagrants to be bound out by County Judge, one person to give a new bond to keep the peace, three persons were discharged, and in one case there was no sentence. Of the ninety-nine Counties in this State, forty-one reported criminal prosecutions and convictions; thirty-one reported no criminal prosecutions or convictions, twenty-five made no report, and two are not organized.
